This is my second time buying the same kettle. Fish Pro X gives the temperature stability and smooth temp rise without overshooting even by 0.5C
Highly recommended kettle for pourover workflow. (As long as you’re right handed 😉)

This is my second favourite dripper now after regular V60. The drawdown is definitely faster compared to regular V60 on regular Hario filter paper, though the difference won’t be too big while using fast filters like Cafec Abaca or Sibarist. The reason I got it for was to replace the glass V60 dripper with Neo for its better drawdown performance, better temperature stability and lower risk of breakage.
Now I really feel the difference in temp stability as it needs next to no preheating compared to glass V60 and I can also drop down the brew water temperature now. Loving this and I feel it’s a winner after a hit or a miss like Mugen from Hario.

Undoubtedly, the precision is clearly reflected.
