Warranty Terms and Conditions – Brewing Gadgets India Pvt. Ltd.

Warranty Applicability & Period

1. This warranty is valid and binding only by retaining the invoice as proof of purchase of the product.
2. The product invoice must be produced and is a prerequisite for processing any complaints during the warranty period, related to the product.
3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months for coffee machines,
   grinders other electronic items from the date of purchase.

Warranty Scope:

1. The warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the same/similar Product design and quality.
2. Product liability shall in no event exceed the MRP of the product.
3. To claim the warranty service, please contact Customer Care through contact email if contact@brewinggadgets.in provided on this website.
4. If some defects cannot be rectified, at the sole discretion of Brewing Gadgets India, the product may be replaced free of cost.
5. In case the product variant or accessory is unavailable (discontinued or out-of-stock) when the claim for repair/replacement is made, Brewing Gadgets India reserves the right to offer a replacement, an alternate product or accessory as it may deem fit.
6. The decision of Brewing Gadgets India to repair/replace the product shall be final and conclusive for all purchase.

Additional Charges Information:

1. Change of any accessory, not covered under warranty, shall be charged at full price.
2. The warranty covers the service engineer’s visit fee, and the cost of any defective part of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Services conducted on machine due to electrical failures is not covered under the warranty, and the spares required will be additionally billed.

Our Intent is to serve best class service but, in some situations, & use cases Brewing Gadgets India Pvt. Ltd. does not offer warranty coverage under the following circumstances:

General Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear, including deterioration of plastic, rubber, and Teflon components.

1. Damage resulting from chemical exposure, corrosion, accidental impact, or mishandling by the user.
2. Improper use, operation outside prescribed parameters, or non-compliance with the user manual.
3. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, dust, or corrosive substances.
4. Accidental damage, fire, flooding, natural disasters, or other Acts of God.

Electrical & Installation Requirements:

1. Equipment must be connected to a voltage stabilizer.
2. Operation outside the prescribed voltage range may void the warranty.
3. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in water must not exceed 50 ppm. Exceeding this limit voids the warranty.
4. Improper installation or installation without adhering to provided operational guidelines will invalidate warranty coverage.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

1. Damage due to improper cleaning methods or use of unsuitable cleaning agents is not covered.
2. Failure to perform routine cleaning and maintenance as prescribed in the instruction manual may void the warranty.
3. Damage caused by rodents or pests (e.g., rat bites) makes warranty void.

Unauthorized Actions:

1. Any modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts will result in warranty voidance.
2. Use of non-genuine or unapproved spare parts and accessories is not covered.
3. Servicing by technicians not authorized by Brewing Gadgets India Pvt. Ltd. nullifies the warranty.
4. Attempting repairs through third parties or relocating the equipment without prior written approval voids the warranty.

Product Identification & Documentation:

1. Warranty is valid only for products installed at the original installation location, accompanied by the original invoice and installation report.
2. Products with damaged or removed serial numbers are not eligible for warranty.
3. Equipment purchased second-hand, as pre-owned, or handed down without company consent is not covered.

Product Usage Restrictions:

1. Warranty for non-commercial (home-use) products is applicable strictly for personal, residential use.
2. Use of home-use equipment in commercial environments voids the warranty.
3. Grinder burrs are not covered under warranty.

Transportation & Delivery:

Brewing Gadgets India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damage occurring during transit due to improper handling by the transporter.

Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from warranty claims shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
