Shipping & Delivery

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
  2. The Standard Delivery Timeline is 2-7 Working Days.
  3. *Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  1. Limited period Shipping Offer:
    1. We are delighted to introduce free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,001.
    2. Shipping for domestic orders below INR 5,001 remains as is, basis the actual weight, volume, and destination of the package to be delivered.
    3. This offer is applicable only on purchases made during the above-mentioned period. Purchases/return shipments/exchanges outside of this period, will not be eligible for this offer.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

  1. Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email. This can be tracked at the BGI website under my account, order status option.
  2. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  3. The order status can also be checked by sending an email to Brewing Gadgets India Private Limited. official WhatsApp and contact@brewinggadgets.in email ID.
  4. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  5. Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
  6. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

  1. For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  2. For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments vide PayPal and Razorpay (third-party payment gateways).
  3. Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
