- We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
- The standard delivery timeline is 2-7 Working Days.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above INR 5,001. However, please note that selected heavy and special-category equipment are excluded from this offer and will continue to incur shipping charges.
- Free shipping is not applicable for deliveries to Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and Uttarakhand. A nominal shipping charge will apply to orders shipped to these locations due to logistical considerations.
- For domestic orders below INR 5,001, shipping charges will be calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
- This offer is valid only during the specified promotional period. Orders, returns, replacements, and exchange shipments processed outside the applicable period will not be eligible for free shipping.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email. This can be tracked at the BGI website under my account, order status option.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.

- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.

MODES OF PAYMENT
- For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments via PayPal and Razorpay (third-party payment gateways).
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
