The Sync digital ecosystem consists of the Mahlkonig Sync Mobile Application and Desktop Application. The mobile app allows easy pairing of the grinder to a WiFi-connected machine or device and enables automatic software updates. The desktop app enables users to view operational data through a reporting dashboard, and managers can define coffee recipes per grinder. Both apps allow remote and local data access.
