TONIK [1] has been formulated to enhance the vibrant acidity of your coffee and will impart a crisp, intense and juicy kick to your brew.

Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralised water and analytical reagentgrade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Taste profile: vibrant | bright | juicy.

Composition: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate.

Bottle size: Available in 20mL (≈30 brews) and 100mL (≈150 brews) bottles.

How to use: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee.

Simple and Effective

Precise Thermometer, exactly does what is expected to do, measure temperature - precisely.
The build is very good and large display makes easy to read the temperature.
The only flaw for my use is the length. When I use it with my 1 ltr water kettle and the water level is less than 200 ml it barely reaches it. Ofcourse, it isn't really a flaw just my use case.

Overall, a great product.

Also, thanks to Brewing Gadget for effective packaging of the product and ensuring delivery within a week.
