Brewing Gadgets India accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets as well as payments via Razorpay.


What modes of payment are accepted for domestic and international orders?


For domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards, net banking options, as well as recognized wallet and UPI options. For international transactions, we accept major credit cards, and Razorpay.

Please note that according to RBI regulations, Indian credit and debit cards may require explicit authorization from the cardholder’s bank for international transactions.


What are the shipping charges for orders?


Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual / Volumetric weight of the products and the delivery location. These charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

The standard delivery timeline for orders is 2-7 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.


Is there any shipping offer for domestic orders?


Yes, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,001. However, shipping for domestic orders below INR 5,001 will be charged based on the actual weight, volume, and destination of the package.


How can I track my order after it has been shipped?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping agency details. You can track your order on the BGI website under the “My Account” section or on the shipping partner’s website using the consignment/tracking number provided.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered ?


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. If our delivery partners are unable to deliver the package even after three attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, no refunds will be entertained. Please ensure that the shipping address provided includes the correct zip code and a mobile number to avoid delivery issues.


What is the return policy for damaged or defective products?


If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify the Brewing Gadgets India support team within 24 hours of delivery. To receive a replacement or refund, the product should be returned in its original packaging. We also request that you record a short video while unboxing the product, especially if it is a glassware item. This will help us speed up the process on our end.


What is the eligibility criteria for exchanging a product purchased from Brewing Gadgets India?


To be eligible for exchange, the product must be purchased from brewinggadgets.in, within 7 days of delivery, with intact original packaging and tags, and must not have been used. However, certain categories such as Cleaning, Scale & Cupping, Accessories, Service books online, Spare Parts, Consumables, Customised products, special bulk orders, and International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.


How can I initiate an exchange request for a product with quality issues or defects?

Provide the order number, transaction date, delivery address, and images of the defective item along with its packaging. Our team will investigate and revert within 3 working days.


What is the process for exchanging a product with quality issues or defects?


Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags and box. We will organize a reverse pick-up at no additional charge. Upon receipt at our warehouse, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines. If a replacement is unavailable within 15 days, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.


How do I initiate an exchange for a wrong product received?


Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, labels, tags, etc., and send it to Brewing Gadgets India at the address provided. The customer bears the return shipping costs in this case.


What is the refund policy for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets India?


We offer exchanges for eligible products. Refunds are issued only in the rare instance when we are unable to provide a replacement due to product defect or damage.


What is the warranty period for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets India?


The warranty period is applicable upon retaining the invoice as proof of purchase and extends to the repair/replacement of the same/similar product design and quality. The warranty does not exceed the MRP of the product.


How can I claim warranty service for a product purchased from Brewing Gadgets India?


To claim warranty service, contact Customer Care via email at contact@brewinggadgets.in. The product invoice must be produced as a prerequisite for processing any complaints during the warranty period.


What does the warranty cover for products purchased from Brewing Gadgets India?


The warranty includes the cost of repairing or replacing parts related to the product’s design and quality. For commercial machines and grinders, it also covers the service engineer’s visit fee if they are still under warranty. However, the warranty does not cover any issues caused by electrical failures or improper use that goes beyond the guidelines provided in the user manual.


Are there any additional charges associated with warranty service from Brewing Gadgets India?


Change of any accessory not covered under warranty is charged at full price. Additionally, services conducted on machines due to electrical failures are not covered under the warranty, and the required spares will be billed separately.


What situations or use cases are not covered by the warranty offered by Brewing Gadgets India?


The warranty does not cover deterioration due to wear and tear, damage from chemicals or corrosion, customer mishandling, tampering, improper usage against the user manual instructions, Acts of God, or electrical failures. Additionally, warranty is void if the product serial number is damaged or removed, or if the product is used commercially despite being designated for non-commercial (personal) use only.


Can I get a refund for a product bought during the sale if it is defective?

Is it possible to get a price adjustment if the product I bought before the sale goes on discount?
