Be reachable and available to receive and sign for your order. Keep a government photo ID ready if requested, and inspect the goods at delivery.
The six-hour window covers delivery. Installation or a demonstration is included only when explicitly stated on the product page, subject to technician availability.

What if my order is confirmed after 12 PM?
Standard delivery timelines apply to orders confirmed after 12 PM IST. Adding an item to your cart before the cut-off does not reserve express delivery.
When does the six-hour window begin?
It begins at order confirmation, after payment and serviceable-address validation, rather than when you add items to your cart or start checkout. Payment or risk verification may delay express dispatch.
Does every product qualify?
No. The offer applies to the 15 selected products listed above, subject to stock at your nearest hub and your delivery address. Stock transfers, bulk orders and special logistics requirements may follow standard or separately agreed timelines.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. Full advance payment is required. Cash on delivery is not available for this offer.
Is express delivery available on holidays?
No. National, regional and company-declared operational holidays are excluded. Standard delivery timelines apply on these days.
Can I change or cancel a confirmed order?
Changing the delivery address, product or quantity after confirmation affects express eligibility. Contact our team immediately for any change or cancellation request; the applicable campaign terms and cancellation policy govern your order.
Does delivery include installation?
The six-hour window covers delivery only. Installation or a demonstration is included only if explicitly stated on the product page, and is subject to technician availability and site readiness.
Is six-hour delivery guaranteed?
It is a best-effort delivery commitment. Local stock, serviceability, verification, weather, traffic, restricted access and other disruptions can affect the timeline. Full campaign terms apply.
